How often will I get paid?

Rebate Checks are paid out once per month on the last day of each month for the prior months trading (i.e. rebate checks for February's trading are mailed out on March 20th.

Are there any minimums to qualify for rebates?

No. We believe that setting a minimum amount of round turns is irresponsible.

I already have a trading account, will Ztrade rebate my monthly charting cost?

The only way to receive rebates for monthly services (i.e. charts, signals, news) is to open your trading account with one of the Brokers/FCM's listed on our site.

What if my rebate check is not accurate?

Should you feel your rebate check is not accurate, please contact us immediately by clicking here.

Can my rebates be placed back into my trading account?

No. Under no circumstances will we ever make a deposit into your account nor is such an act legal.

What if the Broker/FCM that I want to trade through is not listed on ztradefx.com?

Use our contact form to let us know which Broker/FCM you would like to see listed.

What constitutes a round turn?

A round turn is a completed trade. The opening and closing of a position.
